Brady Insurance are thrilled to announce that Trish O’Hagan has joined the firm as our new Operations Director. This senior appointment adds to our already strong leadership team. Trish joins us with a wealth of knowledge in the insurance industry with almost 30 years’ experience, most of which was spent developing positive customer experiences for the brokerages in which she worked.
Trish has had an illustrious career in insurance broking, having started in JJ McNicholas in Swinford back in 1995 and then went on to work for Hastings for 20 years and more recently held a national personal lines role in Campion PIB.
Trish is former President of the Insurance Institute of Sligo, and has always focussed on developing professionalism in Insurance, such as advocating the Insurance Apprenticeship Programme for new entrants in the industry. Commenting on her role Trish remarked:

The management team in Brady Insurance is comprised now of 5 women, and as such is unique in Ireland.
The all female team is led by Jane Brady as MD, Claire Dumbrell as Commercial Director, Brid McTiernan as Finance Director, Diane Philips as Underwriting Manager and Trish O'Hagan now running our operations.
Speaking about the team Jane Brady remarked
"I couldn't be prouder of our entire team and am excited about what the future holds with Trish on board. I have been told we have a diversity problem in that we are all women in our leadership, but I guess we are holding the side up for females in insurance broking, which is a good thing. For us, the main thing is we are strong, capable and committed to delivering the best services to our customers that is on the market. This team are the people to do that here in Brady Insurance, and we have fun while doing it!"
